The main components of quick opening bag filter are upturning top cap, spring gravity balance device, the handwheel shake tight device ,stainless steel elastic clamp, lift and pull screw rod, filter cylinder body and internal filter bag, filter basket, etc.

1. Use stainless steel elastic hoop instead of traditional eyebolt pressure device, the filter head switch time reduced to less than half a minute, than ordinary bag machine saves 30-50 times the operation time, greatly improving the work efficiency.

3. Spring gravity balance device replace the tradition manual rocker arm, just a filter can raise the proof and rock down.
