Quick opening bag filter is a kind of convenient operation, design a new type of bag filters.It has reasonable structure, good sealing, high pressure resistance, good appearance and a series of advantages.
The main components of quick opening bag filter are upturning top cap, spring gravity balance device, the handwheel shake tight device, stainless steel elastic clamp, lift and pull screw rod, filter cylinder body and internal filter bag, filter basket, etc.
Design advantage:
1.Use stainless steel elastic hoop instead of traditional eyebolt pressure device,the filter head switch time reduced to less than half a minute,than ordinary bag machine saves 30- 50 times the operation time ,greatly improving the work efficiency.
2.The biggest pressure can reach 1.2Mpa,the design pressure value more than 20% higher than similar products.
3.Spring gravity balance device replace the tradition manual rocker arm,just a finger can raise the proof and knock down.

Water treatment is a valuable part of many processes.
