RHZQX Full Automatic Filter is widely used in the circulating and non-circulating cooling water system, heat exchange system, central air conditioning system, central heating system, hot water boiler system in the industries of construction, chemical, electronic power, metallurgy, rubber, textile, coal, agriculture, municipal and food, etc to clear the impurities in water, to improve water quality and to protect key equipments in the system.
Flushing Control Modes
There are three different flushing control modes for RHZQX Full Automatic Filter: pressure differential control, time control and manual control. These three modes are locked to each other.
Time Control: Users can define the filtering time and flushing time according to actual situation; the full automatic filter with heavy flow heavy flow rate keeps its duty-cycle operation according to the pre-defined filtering time and flushing time.
Pressure Differential Control: the control system compares in real time the system differential pressure with the pre-defined value. When the system differential pressure is below the pre-defined value, the filter begins filtering; when the system differential pressure is above the pre-defined value, the filter begins flushing.
Manual Contol: when the fully automatic filter with heavy flow rate is under manual control, press the button of START and hold it, it flushes automatically; let go hold of the button, flushing stopped.
